You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and ensure our operations scale with the growing client base. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and building lasting relationships while driving client acquisition and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging potential clients.
• Ability to identify leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship management and follow-up skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive client acquisition.
• Conduct follow-ups, negotiate with prospects, and support business growth.
