Job summary

You will partner with Product to advocate for features that enhance client satisfaction, and lead strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Background in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Analytical prowess—comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Based in or willing to work from our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
• Partner with the Product team to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction.
• Lead high-level strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.
