Job summary

The 38 Labs Group in New York seeks a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help our operations scale with our growing client base.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer data for patterns and risks, refining playbooks for the Client Success team, and collaborating with Product to push features that improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Analytical prowess—comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Based in or willing to work from our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
• Partner with the Product team to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction.
• Lead high-level strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long‑term alignment.
