Job summary

NYD Games in New York is seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help our operations scale alongside our client base.

You will partner with Product to advocate for features that boost satisfaction, develop playbooks, and lead strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.

• Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
• Partner with the Product team to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction.
• Based in or willing to work from our New York office.
