Spectrum Reach is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth and manage a diverse book of business across brands and agencies. You will lead client engagements, tailor data-driven media strategies, and present complex solutions clearly to executive-level clients.

This role involves regional travel and a performance-based compensation structure with base pay plus commissions designed to reward top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
• 1+ years outside or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy.
• Adept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy to understand manner.
• Understanding of the media landscape and evolving dynamics of advertising.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiating.
• Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• Deliver client results that earn repeat business.
• Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, balancing field prospecting with office account management.
