The role encompasses guiding Data360 integration with Salesforce Clouds to enable Customer 360 use cases and AI-driven insights.

You will collaborate with customers and partners to assess architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise consulting and guiding customers through data & integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Proactive, self-starting, able to work remotely but collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Data360/Data360 + Agentforce, guiding AI-related success architecture decisions.
• Engage with strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions via customization.
• Influence executive stakeholders, align technology strategy with business ROI, and drive engagement playbooks.
