You will partner with customers to design scalable architectures, optimize performance, and deliver tangible business value while navigating complex, multi-cloud data environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/project lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• 8+ years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including analytics/CDP implementations.
• Ability to translate data concepts into business value for customers.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Developers to Executives.
• Awareness of data privacy and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Data360 + Agentforce within the Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture and ROI.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions via customization.
• Facilitate discussions with executives, aligning tech strategy to business value.
• Lead playbooks and mentor teams across Data360 projects.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize performance and solution design.
