Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development in cloud and data platforms.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading partner or sales teams in a matrixed tech org.
• Deep knowledge of industries like retail, CPG, manufacturing, IoT, supply chain and data/AI use cases.
• Proven success building partner ecosystems, owning GTM motions, and executing co-sell programs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, with ability to present to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers.
• Create and drive an ecosystem strategy focusing on ISVs and Data Providers.
• Lead joint GTM and co-sell initiatives with Snowflake sales teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, and Sales.
• Measure performance, partner success, revenue impact, and customer outcomes.
