Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a strategic Leader for Data Cloud Partners to guide a high-impact team and shape the ecosystem across Retail, CPG, manufacturing, and industrial IoT. You will drive joint GTM, co-sell success, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate data-driven outcomes.

You will mentor and scale partners while aligning strategy with Snowflake’s roadmap, delivering measurable revenue and customer impact in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing partner or sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of retail, CPG, manufacturing, industrial IoT, supply chain, and data/AI use cases.
• Proven success building partner ecosystems, owning GTM motions, and executing field sales co-sell programs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers.
• Create and drive ecosystem strategy focused on innovative ISVs and Data Providers.
• Lead joint GTM and co-sell initiatives with Snowflake’s sales teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations and Sales.
• Measure and optimize partner performance, revenue outcomes, and customer impact.
