Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in business development or specification sales within construction or utilities, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or specification sales experience within construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business growth strategy for the UK data centre market.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and operators.
• Secure product specifications and opportunities from design through delivery.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage a strong pipeline of data centre projects and provide sales forecasts.
• Represent JDP at industry events and networking opportunities.
