Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. Lead the turnover of complex multi-disciplinary systems, coordinating field verifications, testing, and documentation to ensure a smooth client handover.

You will oversee walkdowns with subcontractors and clients, standardize turnover programs across sites, and align with CQV teams per the P6 schedule, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is required.
• Six+ years of turnover experience on pharma/biotech or data center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to work on an active construction site for extended hours.
• Onsite presence for the duration of the project is required.
• OSHA 10 certification; familiarity with GDP requirements.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to standardize processes across locations.
• Track record coordinating multi-site teams and delivering consistent outputs.
• Travel between project sites for oversight and support.

Responsibilities

• Direct a diverse team, coordinating field verification and documentation of installed systems.
• Lead walkdown activities on an active construction site with contractors and clients.
• Collaborate with field quality and subcontractors to ensure testing and documentation compliance.
• Coordinate turnover packaging, reviews of system testing, and punchlists.
• Develop a planned approach for final turnover of facilities to CQV per the P6 schedule.
