Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to help ensure the availability and reliability of our data center operations. The role involves hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and may include on‑call rotations in a salaried, 100% onsite position.

You will maintain servers, perform diagnostics, develop tooling, and provide support to data center teams, collaborating with cross‑functional groups to deliver a best‑in‑class client experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Experience in data centers and networking.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and network hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Travel up to 10% to other data center locations as required.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes during on-call.
