Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a 100% on-site role at one of our data centers in the United States. You will help maintain availability, run hardware and network diagnostics, and respond quickly to incidents to keep services running at peak performance.

You should be comfortable with physical hardware, Linux, and on-call work, and capable of traveling to other data centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and networking infrastructure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update servers and networking equipment.
• Maintain inventory and assist in equipment installation.
