Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician for our on-site operations. You will maintain data center availability, perform hardware and network diagnostics, and develop documentation for internal teams.

The role requires hands-on hardware skills, Linux experience, and a willingness to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule. We offer a base salary of $65,000 to $83,000 with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly.
• Linux OS experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in constrained spaces.
• Flexible schedule including on-call rotation in a 24/7 data center.
• Strong time management and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Provide training and develop documentation for internal teams.
• Create and maintain scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes when on-call.
