Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Data Center Technician for 100% onsite work at one of our data centers in the United States. You will help ensure availability and reliability of our physical infrastructure, performing hardware and network diagnostics and repairs, and supporting on-call rotations.

You'll work with Linux-based systems, assemble and install equipment, develop documentation, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Linux operating system experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating on-call.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop documentation.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on-call.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to other data center locations.
