Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to ensure high availability and reliability of our data center operations. The role involves hardware and network diagnostics, on-site repairs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

This salaried, 100% onsite position requires hands-on hardware experience, Linux familiarity, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule in a climate-controlled data center.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Linux OS familiarity for server troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ability to transport and position equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotating environment.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop technical documentation.
• Assemble and install equipment and maintain inventory.
• Travel up to 10% to other data center locations as needed.
