Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Data Center Technician to maintain and optimize our cutting-edge data center operations onsite across locations in the United States. You will diagnose hardware and network issues, repair as needed, and contribute to reliable service delivery in a fast-growing cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting required.
• Linux operating system experience is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver equipment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating on-call.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent IT-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and develop documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.
• Travel up to 10% to other data center locations as required.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes while on-call.
