• 2+ years of data center operations experience, hardware install and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure including networking, servers, and storage.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work capability.
• Willingness to travel and work rotating 12-hour shifts (days or nights).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new data center infrastructure.
• Maintain and upgrade systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with local and remote teams for timely project completion.
• Keep meticulous installation and maintenance records.
• Ensure safety and best practices on-site during activities.
• Provide on-site support during critical incidents or outages.
