Job summary

Insight Global is seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale deployment and operations within a leading cloud and AI infrastructure environment. You will execute deployment, installation, break/fix, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support across multiple campuses, following tickets, project plans, and client priorities to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center, infrastructure, field services, or enterprise IT support experience.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting server and network hardware.
• Experience with ticketing systems and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with hardware deployments and break/fix activities.
• Comfortable working in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and install data center infrastructure across multiple campuses.
• Perform break/fix, troubleshooting, and ongoing infrastructure support.

Job description

Sunday-Tuesday and every other Weds (12 hr day and 12 hr night shifts available)

Thursday- Sat every other Weds (12 hr day and 12 hr night shifts available)

We are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale deployment and operations activities within one of the world's leading cloud and AI infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for executing data center deployment, installation, break/fix, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support activities across multiple campuses. Technicians will work directly from assigned work queues, tickets, project plans, and client-provided priorities to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and deployed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, technically capable, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where quality, execution speed, and operational excellence are critical.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center, infrastructure, field services, or enterprise IT support experience
• Experience installing and troubleshooting server and network hardware
• Experience with ticketing systems and operational workflows
• Familiarity with hardware deployments and break/fix activities
• Comfortable working in large-scale, fast-paced environments
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work on raised floors for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, or similar environments
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or equivalent certifications
• Experience with fiber and structured cabling
