Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and storage systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new data center infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure reliability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain meticulous installation, maintenance, and repair records.
• Ensure safety, quality, and data center best practices on-site.
• Provide on-site support during incidents or outages on a rotating schedule.
