Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Data Center Manager to ensure 24/7 availability, security, and efficiency of our data center environment. You will lead a team of 8 technicians, oversee hardware deployment, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet business objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

You will drive uptime, capacity planning, and vendor management, with emphasis onaudit readiness and continuous improvement in a fast-growing cloud platform environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations with leadership experience required.
• Experience supporting 24/7 customer-facing operations and on-call management.
• Hands-on with monitoring/observability platforms like Grafana or Prometheus.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of 8 Data Center Technicians and mentor staff.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, incident response, and RCA processes.
• Manage installation, cabling, and decommissioning of hardware.
• Oversee inventory, DOA processing, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and auditors for SOC2/ISO/HIPAA readiness.
