Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Data Center Technicians to support our customers in multiple locations. This role reports to a site location and helps ensure data center availability and reliability, with 24/7 operations and on-call duties as needed.

You will install equipment, perform hardware repairs, create documentation, and collaborate with engineers, software developers, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or IT experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware repair; troubleshoot network issues.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• On-call duties and participate in maintenance/change management.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Help train and onboard new team members.
