Responsibilities

• Monitor data center infrastructure and coordinate response to operational incidents.
• Partner with other teams to rapidly resolve issues impacting service availability.
• May require evening, weekend, holiday, and/or night work to ensure reliability.
• Travel within and outside regional work area; reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Install equipment, create documentation, and fix problems within the data center.
