Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components; troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, software developers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform on-call duties and participate in maintenance and change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements based on analysis of operational issues.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members.
