Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across assigned data centers. This role supports 24x7 operations to ensure 99.999% uptime and adheres to customer SLAs, with hands-on training and vendor management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have data center and critical infrastructure experience, strong root cause analysis, and familiarity with building automation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of data center experience.
• 4+ years of root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with building automation.
• 4+ years in a critical infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor 24x7 operations to maintain 99.999% uptime.
• Vendor management and scheduling.
• Prepare and read MOPs & SOPs for maintenance and operations.
