Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment.
• Ensure environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• React to BMS alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
• Work with third-party vendors per established processes and laws.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Check BMS for running/alarm conditions and respond to HVAC problems.
• Perform building walkthroughs and take meter readings from UPS, PDU, and utilities.
• Deliver output by following procedures under supervision.
