Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation. The role involves daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems, maintaining safe environmental conditions, and responding to Building Management System alarms.

The candidate will work with third-party vendors, complete scheduled PMs, and ensure regulatory compliance while following established processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience or equivalent training.
• Proficient with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of mechanical and engineering systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on data center equipment.
• Respond to BMS alarms and assist with emergency repairs.
