Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our operations team in Kentucky. You will monitor critical infrastructure, respond to alerts, and coordinate with the local site team to maintain high availability for tenants and customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in data centers, relevant certifications or an technical associate degree, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of previous Data Center experience or related field.
• Industry certifications or an associate degree in a technical area preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of data center cooling and power infrastructure a plus.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and respond to alarm events.
• Provide top-tier physical and remote support for tenants 24/7/365.
• Utilize ticketing systems to manage access requests, troubleshooting, orders, and logistics.
• Perform routine tasks including equipment handling, repairs, and site support.
• Assist with security monitoring, logs, and coordination with contractors and tenants.
