Job summary

Netrality Properties, LP is seeking a Data Center Technician to maintain and monitor critical infrastructure in our Indianapolis data center. You will investigate alerts, escalate as needed, and ensure security and reliability for tenants and customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on operation of cooling and power systems, routine checks, and coordination with sales and support teams to support new customer deployments and ongoing services. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in data center or closely related technical field.
• Industry certifications or higher-ed in a technical area preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of data center cooling and power infrastructure is a plus.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and respond to alarms.
• Provide top-tier on-site and remote support for customers in a 24/7 facility.
• Manage tickets and coordinate resources to resolve client issues.
