Netrality Data Centers is hiring a Data Center Technician to monitor critical infrastructure and respond to alarms. You will provide physical and remote support to local and international clients in a 24/7 facility, handling fiber/copper cross-connects and equipment troubleshooting.

The role demands strong problem solving, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset, with duties spanning ticketing, deployments, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Two years of data center experience or related technical field.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Industry certifications or associate degree+ in a technical area preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of data center cooling and power infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and address alarm events.
• Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for local and international customers 24/7.
• Manage customer requests through a web-based ticketing system and process orders.
• Perform hourly facility walks to verify equipment readings and conditions.
• Assist with security monitoring, access control, and visitor management.
• Execute rack & stack tasks and perform routine operational tasks.
