Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Technician to monitor and maintain critical infrastructure across a 24/7 facility. The role involves handling alarms, remote and local customer support, ticketing, and coordinating delivery logistics.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in data center operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset to ensure high levels of service and reliability for tenants and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of data center experience or related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarms on the Critical Facilities Monitoring System.
• Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for local and international Colocation customers 24/7/365.
• Assist in ticketing, orders processing, delivery logistics, and general support.
• Perform routine facility walkthroughs and monitor electrical/mechanical equipment readings.
• Support security monitoring via cameras, access badges, door alarms, and notifications.
• Handle rack & stack tasks and interconnection circuit orders as needed.
