Qualifications

• 18+ months of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 18+ months of computer networking experience (L1/L2).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install server racks and perform hardware break‑fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues to maintain AWS service availability.
• Coordinate with engineers, software developers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on‑call, maintenance, and change management activities.
