Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system.
• Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering), or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components.
• Troubleshooting network issues and responding to operational incidents.
• Travel between data center locations as needed and work 24/7 shifts.
• Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
• Onboarding and training new team members.
