Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and service server racks and hardware, troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents.
• Serve as primary contact with engineers, developers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on‑call duties, maintenance, and change management.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
