Qualifications

• 5-7 years field industry experience in installation of structured cabling, preferably fiber.
• Telecommunication Industry Certifications, preferably BICSI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across management levels.
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training schedules.
• Assess training needs and conduct employee surveys.
• Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Track data and provide training reports.
• Create and update training materials with Instructional Designers.
• Deliver employee training and onboarding using approved materials.
• Coordinate enrollment, schedules, costs and equipment; travel as needed.
