CBRE is seeking a Technical Trainer to become a subject-matter expert and develop standardized curricula across key technology disciplines. You will support training centers, partner with OEMs, and expand field training capabilities, focusing on preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and repairs.

The role emphasizes designing training plans, managing remote and in-person sessions, and delivering clear, actionable knowledge to field technicians while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with training delivery methods and adult learning principles.

Mansioni

• Design standardized training curricula and SME content.
• Develop and deliver field training programs (remote and in-person).
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting training for conveyor systems.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives and coordinate with OEM partners.
