Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical training for an assigned function or organization.
• Establish training priorities, delivery strategies, and program standards aligned with workforce capability needs and organizational goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop assigned technical training employees and plan staffing and succession.
• Partner with operational leaders and SMEs to identify training requirements and ensure content reflects current processes and technologies.
• Provide direction on training methods, scheduling, resource allocation, and program changes.
