Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on data center or mission-critical facility ops.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, UPS, and building automation systems.
• Experience in training development, curriculum design, and adult learning.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts.
• Experience with LMS and training documentation software; regulatory awareness.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facility locations for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs.
• Create comprehensive training materials including presentations and SOPs.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ongoing professional development.
• Design competency-based training tracks for varying skill levels.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers for specialized training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Support incident response training and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and close skill gaps.
