Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer to become a subject-matter expert across technology disciplines. You will develop standardized curricula, support Technical Training Centers, and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives to ensure effective field training in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

You will design solutions for difficult problems, manage projects, and oversee preventative maintenance procedures while traveling up to 75% to train and assist field technicians.

Qualifications

Requires hands-on ability to design solutions for problems and manage projects.
Ability to design and deliver training for field technicians, including remote and in-person sessions.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment/systems.

Responsibilities

Support management by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects.
Develop and implement training plans for field technicians, scheduling remote and in-person sessions.
Create and close work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives and expand field training capability.
