Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Training Manager to develop, manage, and continuously improve training programs for data center staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

The role covers strategy development, technical training management, safety & compliance, LMS administration, content creation, and stakeholder coordination across operations, engineering, and client leadership. Strong leadership in learning & development is essential.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of data center, critical facilities, or technical operations experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for data center operations staff.
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Create technical learning paths for operators, technicians, engineers, and managers.
Establish career development and succession planning programs.
Align training initiatives with organizational goals and operational requirements.
Coordinate training on electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear) and mechanical systems (HVAC)
Manage LMS platform and track training records.
Develop training materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning content.
Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and reports.
