Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience.
• Experience in data center or critical environment is preferred.

• Performing server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components.
• Troubleshooting network issues and addressing operational incidents.
• Participating in on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance.
• Contributing to documentation and process improvements.
