Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience or equivalent IT experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience including troubleshooting and repair.
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, troubleshooting network issues, and repairs to maintain AWS service availability.
• Serve as primary contact with internal/external stakeholders including engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Take part in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements based on issue analysis.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members.
