Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager II who thrives on on-site leadership of mission-critical construction projects. You’ll manage planning, schedules, budgets, and client communications, working closely with Superintendents and project teams to drive delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and safe, zero-defect turnover in fast-paced, regional-travel environments.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
• Four to seven years of construction experience, with 2 plus years of mission critical construction projects focusing on strong coordination and execution.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
• Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, on site.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients.
• Protect uptime, mitigate risk, and deliver zero-defect turnover.
