Job summary

Supermicro in San Jose, CA, seeks a Data Center Solutions Business Operations Project Manager to support day-to-day operations for Data Center Services customer engagements. This hands-on role maintains structure, trackers, and coordination across intake, contracts, quotes, SKUs, and status updates.

You will work with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, procurement, sales, and operations to ensure timely information and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in business operations or related roles.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Clear communication with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to summarize operational details into updates and notes.
• Detail-oriented with multi-workstream management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workstream trackers, action logs, follow-up lists, meeting notes, and status updates across opportunities and projects.
• Assist with customer intake forms, qualification questionnaires, requirements summaries, information packages, and internal handoffs.
• Track MHSA/MSA/SOW status, redline checkpoints, inputs, and submission details with legal, business, accounting, and program teams.
• Gather quote assumptions, pricing details, service SKU inputs, and customer-specific requirements for quote package readiness.
• Coordinate next steps across internal teams, track owners and due dates, and elevate blockers to leadership when needed.
