Responsibilities

• Demonstrate server solutions to customers on site, via remote webinars and events.
• Provide cloud/hybrid-cloud SME guidance, becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers.
• Deliver engaging training; proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Provide 3rd-level customer support when needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design data center proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
• Identify market trends and share insights with product teams; draft market requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and reach new audiences.
