Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager for Data Center Services. You will support the DC Business Operations Lead in day-to-day operations, coordinating across sales, legal, finance, procurement, and technical teams to advance customer engagements.

You will maintain trackers, prepare materials, gather requirements, track status, and elevate blockers. This hands-on role requires strong organization and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in business operations or related roles.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tracker-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workstream trackers, action logs, and status updates.
• Assist with customer intake forms and qualification documentation.
• Track contract status, redlines, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Gather quote assumptions and SKU inputs for readiness.
• Coordinate next steps across internal teams and escalate blockers.
