Job summary

Supermicro in San Jose is seeking a Data Center Solutions Business Operations Project Manager to drive day-to-day operations for global IT engagements. You will maintain trackers, coordinate stakeholders, oversee intake, contracts, quotes, and project status updates in a hands-on role.

You will collaborate with regional teams, prepare materials, and ensure information is collected accurately and on time to support successful Data Center services engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, program support, sales operations, contract operations, or related operational support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage trackers, follow-ups, meeting notes, status updates, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, finance, procurement, technical, and operations groups.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through, especially when collecting requirements, tracking document status, and preparing business operations materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/OneDrive, and tracker-based reporting.
• Ability to summarize operational details into clear written updates, action items, and project status notes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, customer-facing deadlines, and leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Business Operations Support across Data Center Services opportunities and projects.
• Customer Intake and Qualification Support: forms, questionnaires, requirements, and handoffs.
• Contract Operations: track MHSA/MSA/SOW status, redline checkpoints, inputs, and submissions.
• Quote and SKU Coordination: gather assumptions, pricing, and customer-specific requirements.
• Project Coordination: track owners, due dates, blockers, and escalate as needed.
