Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to work with data center customers and grow data center businesses.

You will partner with engineering, design and sales to shape data center solution offerings and drive revenue from concept through delivery. The role requires deep knowledge of data center infrastructures and power/cooling technologies, plus experience leading cross-functional projects and pre-sales activities to meet demanding customer requirements. On-site in San Jose.

Qualifications

• BSEE/CS or MSEE/CS with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructures (Cloud, HPC, AI/ML).
• Strong understanding of data center power and cooling technologies.
• Experience managing large-scale data center projects from design to deployment.
• Ability to bridge engineering and business units.
• Excellent organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Solution Engineering by winning data center projects and increasing revenue.
• Carry out marketing and technological research to guide solution directions.
• Lead data center solutions development with design and testing teams.
• Support in pre-sales engagements with customers to meet requirements.
• Manage data center projects from design to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Improve revenue by collaborating with channel and technology partners.
• Provide solution trainings to internal teams, partners, resellers and customers.
