Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and broader Americas. You will coordinate with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and external partners to move deals from screening to delivery readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in site selection or related fields, deep knowledge of U.S. markets, and a track record of managing complex due diligence and lease negotiations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, or related fields.
• Proven knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility infrastructure and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading commercial lease negotiations and due diligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas markets.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, substation access, utility timelines, fiber, zoning, permitting, and constructability.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring with Real Estate and Legal teams.
• Track deal progression, milestones, and deliverables from LOI through execution.
• Maintain site records and monitor deal health across the Americas pipeline.
