Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a hands-on leader to manage and deploy data center sites regionally, owning plans from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate with PMs, regional managers, and build leads, and travel to sites as needed to keep builds on schedule.

The role requires extensive hardware experience, Linux knowledge, and strong supply chain skills. CoreWeave offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base salary in the US market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of data center topology, deployment and operations, and infrastructure knowledge.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience.
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and overheads.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy new and ongoing data center sites within your region, owning the action plan from kickoff through delivery.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business in your region, with PM, Program, and Regional Data Center Managers as your closest partners.
• Sync daily with on-site Tiger Team Build Leads to assist where needed and escalate blockers to keep builds on schedule.
• Set weekly goals and daily plans of action for Build Leads, including contingency plans when site conditions change.
• Attend weekly capacity and build sync meetings, capture updates and relay them to regional leads.
• Travel to sites in your region to provide hands-on support and make on-ground decisions.
• Align with Procurement to manage shipments and keep BOM current, reporting shortages or damage immediately.
• Lead toolbox talks and training sessions to grow team knowledge across data center operations.
